2012 Fee Schedule Update

In News by Sean Hamilton

I would like to take this opportunity to announce that NAMSA’s fee schedule has been updated to reflect our expanded offering. The updated test codes and fees are effective October 1, 2011.

Controlling and reducing costs is a priority for NAMSA. As expenses continue to rise (most significantly; animals, reagents, materials and energy) we will continue to mitigate their impact with operational improvements. This approach has enabled us to maintain our fee structure for the past 2 years, limiting fee increases to very few assays.

For testing services in the coming fiscal year, NAMSA fees will increase an average of approximately 5%.

Please be assured NAMSA will continue to invest in our future and the advancement of the medical device industry, specifically;

  • The development of new in vitro assays to reduce time and the use of animal models (2011 and beyond)
  • Expanded toxicology and vivarium facilities to meet increased demand (2011-2012)
  • Analytical Instrumentation to increase throughput and reduce turnaround time (2011,2012)
  • Enhanced facility and data security (2011, 2012)

On behalf of our entire organization, thank you. We greatly value the trust you place in us and we look forward to working with you for many years to come.
