Growth Promotion Test Suspensions provide a quality control challenge to each batch or lot of medium, ensuring its growth promoting qualities, whether it is prepared from basic ingredients or purchased commercially prepared. Simply inoculate each batch or lot of medium and incubate under the appropriate growth conditions.

NAMSA Growth Promotion Test Suspensions are ready-to-use microbial suspensions that meet the requirements for media performance testing. All suspensions comply with the requirement for a population of <100 colony forming units (CFU) and are guaranteed to be within five passages of the stock culture. All Growth Promotion Test Suspensions are provided as pure cultures in 2.5 ml or 10 ml volumes containing 25 or 100 doses (0.1ml each).

NAMSA strives to maintain available inventory of the outlined product codes. Please inquire to confirm availability and/or lead time. The 25 dose or 2.5 mL volume configurations may be substituted for the 10 mL volumes and vice versa. Population levels other than <100 CFU's/0.1 mL are available.
